How can I sign up for the Happy Car Club subscription?

It’s easy! Click here to choose the plan that matches your vehicle’s make and model. We just need some basic info to get you started, and then you can log in online or use our app to schedule appointments. 

What’s included in my subscription?

On an annual basis, starting from the sign up date, these items are included:

  • – 3 oil changes (up to 5 quarts of oil and oil filter) per year
  • – 1 set of wiper blades, 1 air filter, and 1 cabin air filter replacement per year
  • – 10% off all other repair and maintenance services (up to $100 off per invoice)
  • – Safety inspections, top-off fluids, tire rotations, tire inflations
  • – Free towing up to a 10-mile radius from an OOROO shop
  • – Plus, the convenience of our award-winning mobile auto service

Can one subscription be used for multiple vehicles?

No, each subscription is tied to a specific vehicle (the vehicle information given upon sign up).

How much money will I save each year?

Your savings will be a minimum of $230 per year but could be much more depending on your vehicle’s needs.

What if my car has more than 5 quarts of oil?

No problem! We’ll let you know ahead of your appointment how many quarts your vehicle requires and what the added charge will be. The cost for added quarts is $6.09 each quart for synthetic blend and $10.09 for full synthetic (over 5 quarts), paid at the time of service.

Is my subscription transferable to another vehicle?

No––you would cancel your current subscription and then resubscribe with your new vehicle. There are no startup or cancellation fees!

What is your warranty/guarantee?

Our Happy Car Club members receive the same great warranty OOROO has provided for years! We’ve got you covered with a 36-month, 36,000-mile nationwide warranty for all parts we supply (includes parts AND labor).

What happens if I need a tow?

Call OOROO and we’ll arrange for a tow for you.
