If there’s a repair that can’t be done by our mobile mechanics (like engines, transmissions, or alignments), we can work on your vehicle in our Auto Repair Shops. We can even arrange for towing.

OOROO Auto Mobile Care doesn’t cost any more than our Auto Shops, and it’s a lot more convenient.

What parts will be used?
We will only install high-quality new parts–unless the job requires a remanufactured part (which may occur if new parts are no longer available for your vehicle). You’re also covered by our industry-leading warranty on parts and labor that we provide and install.
How and when do I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, or check in our shop. Our mobile technician can accept credit or debit cards. You’ll get an electronic receipt immediately by email.
How does the OOROO warranty work?
You’ll benefit from our industry-leading nationwide warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) on all labor and parts we supply.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, simply call to let us know. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Is there an extra fee for this service?
There’s no additional cost for the convenience of our mobile service at your home or office or anywhere you'd like!
