What information should I provide to set up fleet service?
Provide vehicle year, make, model, VIN if available, mileage, service history, and any current concerns. Include your operating hours, location, and scheduling priorities. This helps OOROO confirm service fit and plan the work your vehicles need.
Which fleet services can be performed on-site?
Eligible maintenance and minor repairs may be available through mobile service. Suitability depends on the vehicle, job, location, and a safe work area. Jobs requiring a lift, specialized equipment, or extensive disassembly may need a shop appointment.
How should fleet maintenance intervals be set?
Begin with each manufacturer’s schedule and check whether the vehicle’s use meets its severe-service criteria. Idling, towing, frequent short trips, or dusty operation may affect requirements. A mixed fleet should not automatically use one mileage interval for every vehicle.
Can multiple fleet vehicles be scheduled together?
Discuss the number and types of vehicles, required services, and preferred dates with OOROO. Availability and job scope determine whether grouped appointments or staggered service make more sense. Confirm the plan before taking vehicles out of operation.
Does routine fleet maintenance replace required inspections?
No. Routine maintenance helps identify wear and service needs, but it does not automatically satisfy every regulatory or commercial inspection requirement. Tell OOROO about any specific inspection or documentation needs so the appropriate scope can be confirmed.
