How do I schedule a service through the app?
Open the OOROO Auto app, select your preferred service type and location (mobile service or shop visit), and choose an available time. The app guides you through each step, with our team available to assist if needed.
How do I join OOROOblue℠ Rewards?
Already an OOROO customer? You’re automatically enrolled. If not, download the OOROO Auto app, create your account, and start earning rewards with your first service. The enrollment process is straightforward and free.
How do I earn OOROOblue℠ Rewards points?
Each service - whether at our shops or through our mobile service - earns you 3% back in OOROOblue℠ Rewards points. Points are automatically added after service completion.
How do I redeem my OOROOblue℠ Rewards points?
Select "Redeem Points" before booking your next service. Your available balance appears at checkout, with each point equal to one dollar in service credit.


Is my payment and personal information secure?
We protect your data with industry-leading encryption, and we partner with Stripe for secure payment processing, ensuring your information remains protected.
How do I find and share my referral code?
Access your personal referral code in the app dashboard under "Your Referral Code." Share through text, email, or social media. Your friends receive $25 off their first service, and you earn $25 in reward points after their service.
