A/C & Heating

Car A/C and heater diagnosis, repair, and service

Get Service

Find the cause of weak cooling or heating.

Your car’s climate-control system depends on refrigerant, airflow, electrical controls, and engine coolant. OOROO checks how these systems work together before recommending repairs, so a warm vent or weak fan does not automatically mean you need a new compressor.

A/C & heating service

Service may include

Check vent temperature and airflow
Inspect compressor, condenser, and drive belt
Test for refrigerant leaks as needed
Check heater operation and climate controls
Inspect cabin filter and blower operation

When should you schedule A/C or heater service?

Changes in temperature or airflow matter.

Warm air with the A/C on, uneven vent temperatures, weak airflow, or persistent odors call for an inspection. Note whether the problem occurs at idle, while driving, or only on one side of the cabin; these details help narrow the diagnosis.

A/C & Heating Repair FAQs

Planning your service

Understand refrigerant service, cabin airflow, and heater problems.

For general questions about OOROO, visit our customer FAQs.

Does my car’s A/C need a recharge every year?
Not as a routine rule. Refrigerant circulates in a closed system. If cooling declines and the charge is low, the system should be checked for a leak. Recharging alone may provide only temporary relief if the underlying problem remains.
Why does my A/C blow cold while driving but warm at idle?
Reduced airflow through the condenser, cooling-fan problems, or a refrigerant or compressor issue can cause this pattern. Comparing system operation at idle and on the road helps identify the cause; the symptom alone does not identify a failed part.
Can a cabin air filter affect A/C performance?
A restricted filter can reduce the amount of air reaching the vents. It does not explain every cooling problem, so airflow and air temperature should be evaluated separately. Filter replacement follows its condition and your vehicle’s maintenance guidance.
Why is my car’s heater blowing cold air?
Possible causes include low engine coolant, a thermostat problem, restricted heater-core flow, or a blend-door fault. If cold air comes with an overheating warning or coolant loss, stop driving safely and have the cooling system assessed.
What determines the cost of A/C repair?
Cost depends on the fault, refrigerant type, system capacity, replacement parts, and access for repairs. Diagnosis distinguishes a filter or electrical issue from a refrigerant leak or major component failure. Ask for an estimate covering the identified repair and any required refrigerant service.
