Meet Dustin
Have you heard? The OOROO Auto family added a new team member: Dustin Biberstine! Dustin is joining us with over 13 years of experience serving the Oro Valley area as a trusted service advisor. Dustin has been working alongside the team for going on two months now and getting to know him beyond his car care talents has been a joy—so we wanted to share! Learn more about who Dustin is outside of the shop with his interview below.
Q: What do you love about working at OOROO Auto?
A: The “family” atmosphere. I’m people-focused in my job and OOROO’s values align with mine.
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
A: Cooking and barbecuing. I’ve enjoyed teaching my fiance how to cook and one of my favorite things to make is smoked country-style pork ribs.

Q: Favorite car?
A: Nissan Skyline R34. I like the look of it and performance (it’s a high-performance vehicle). It was never released in the US so I’ve just admired it from afar! Low and behold, I’m not a typical “car guy”—I’m invested in the automotive industry more so because I enjoy helping people than I am passionate about cars.
Q: Last travel destination or road trip? Next travel plans?
A: About six months ago I went to Hawaii. My favorite moment was driving a four-wheel-drive truck around a black sand beach while wild horses roamed around. It was a lot of fun.

A: It’s an honest shop with very knowledgeable and skilled employees.

Full Bio:
Dustin has been working professionally in the automotive industry for almost 20 years. Much of his experience is in management and customer service, where he educates customers about their cars and helps them make informed decisions. He's passionate about providing an honest and trustworthy experience at OOROO.
Dustin developed his love of cars growing up in Indiana. He's lived in many places including Chicago and Tampa, but our mountains have made Tucson his favorite place. Outside of work, Dustin loves to cook, spend time outdoors, and be with his fiancé and two boys.
