Our favorite season is here: the season for giving back with our Joyride Program! Every year during the holiday season, we partner with our neighbors, friends, and family to help those in need with our Joyride Program, through the “OOROO CARES” initiative. We, at OOROO Auto, believe that living a happy life starts with a happy car, and everyone deserves a happy car! We’re extending a helping hand to up to two recipients in need so we can spread a little extra joy, one ride at a time. If you know someone in need of free car care services, submit a nomination with our form below.   

This year, we’re collaborating with KRDI “The Drive” 101.7FM AM830 a newly-launched, locally-owned and operated radio station. Our goal is to reach as many neighbors and Tucson friends as possible, and the best way to do so is by teaming up with awesome community-centric companies like KDRI. After getting the word out and reviewing nominees through the following, a panel of community members will choose the finalists and OOROO Auto will choose the final recipient(s).

Find out the program rules and if your nominee(s) qualifies: 

• Nominee(s) must be in dire need of vehicle repair for the primary vehicle (i.e. to get to and from work, home, school, health care visits, etc.) 
• The nominee(s) must be 18 years of age or older 
• The maximum dollars spent per recipient will not exceed $1,000 ( includes retail labor and parts) 
• There will be up to two award recipients chosen 
• The nominator must provide the best way to contact nominee(s) (phone and/or email). 
• Current customers, employees or their families, and vendors are ineligible for nomination  
• The form for applications opens Sunday, December 1, 2019
• All nominations need to be submitted by Noon on Friday, December 13, 2019
• Recipient(s) will be notified by Friday, December 20, 2019
• Engine, transmission, and subcontracted work services are not offered through the Joyride program. For a complete list of services available, visit our website: https://oorooauto.com/faqs/. 
• OOROO Auto reserves the right to inspect possible recipient vehicles before work begins to ensure the services requested comply with the above criteria.
