We’re sad our favorite season is over, but happy that we were able to wrap up repairs for this year’s Joyride recipient! Every year during the holiday season, we partner with our neighbors, friends, and family to help those in need with our Joyride Program, through the “OOROO CARES” initiative. We, at OOROO Auto, believe that living a happy life starts with a happy car, and everyone deserves a happy car!

This year, we collaborated with KRDI “The Drive” 101.7FM AM830 a newly-launched, locally-owned and operated radio station. Our goal was to reach as many neighbors and Tucson friends as possible, and the best way to do so was by teaming up with awesome community-centric companies like KDRI. After getting the word out and reviewing nominees, a panel of community members chose the finalists. Shortly thereafter, OOROO Auto chose the final recipient.

Thanks to everyone’s nominations for this year’s Joyride Program, we were able to deliver over $2,000 worth of JOY to a local school admin, nominated multiple times by friends, family, and coworkers for the energy and care poured into students and the families of students!

Our Joyride recipient was the top pick amongst our independent panel of judges and received in total two front tires, brakes front and rear, turn signal switch, engine coolant system service with thermostat, inner tie rod ends, lower ball joints, front sway bar links, and alignment!
