The New Year always marks a fresh start to plan and look ahead to the possibilities of what the next year may have in store, but it is also an opportunity to take a moment to reflect and celebrate. As we look back upon 2023 and remember all that it held for us at OOROO Auto, we wanted to share some of the standout moments, milestones, and events that we were honored to be a part of.
Serviced more than 17,000 vehicles between our five shops and mobile service
Grew our team by almost 80%
Celebrated OOROO’s 9th Anniversary (maintaining a solid A+ Better Business Bureau rating!)
Honored to win the Best of the Northwest for the 8th year running
Honored to be nominated for the Tucson Metro Chamber Copper Cactus Award (Best Place to Work), AZ19 Readers’ Pick Award, and the AZ Daily Star Readers’ Choice Award
Launched “OOROO at the Airport” at the Tucson International Airport––bringing our mobile services to our customers while they travel (as featured in BizTucson)
Continued to grow our Happy Car Club, a subscription service making it easier to maintain your vehicle all year round for one low monthly fee
Continued our podcast, “Innovation: Inside and Out”––conversations with C-suite and other key decision-makers about innovative workplaces and company cultures
Launched our Phoenix shops in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley (store numbers 4 and 5)!
Our OOROO Cares program supported over 15 schools, nonprofits, and community organizations
Provided free car repair to two families through our 7th Annual Joyride program
Launched our teacher appreciation program where we partner with schools to recognize and thank teachers with free oil changes
Hired a dedicated Community Relations Coordinator to expand OOROO’s contributions to the community
More than 650 entries in our Spot Otto Contest!
